To collaborate with the Business Development Team to source new customers and markets for catering and manufactured food products..
What Will You Do:
- To collaborate with the Business Development Team to source new customers and markets for catering and manufactured food products
- To outline solutioning for industrial customers with product, process, equipment and manpower requirement
- To suggest menus and recipes and must include the detailing of material used, quantities and costs etc.
- To develop processes methods to achieve product quality, shelf-life and production efficiency
- To come up ideas for packaging, transfer, storage and application methods for products
- To coordinate with the Central Kitchen team for production
What Do You Need:
- Must have minimum of 3 years in culinary experience in large-scale industrial kitchen or food factory
- Familiar with local catering and F&B needs and operations
- Must have great knowledge of food science & technology
- Ability to present proposals and write documentations
