Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Learning and Development Executive to join our team at LAN ZHOU WU FU PTE.LTD , a leading traditional Chinese F&B company in Singapore. This position plays a critical role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee growth. The ideal candidate will manage onboarding, orientation, and continuous learning and development programs while contributing to HR operations to ensure a well-supported workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding and Orientation:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare onboarding documentation, such as contracts, manuals, and checklists.
2. Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and design programs to address skill gaps and support career development.
- Organize and facilitate in-house training sessions and workshops.
- Coordinate with external training providers to deliver specialized courses.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance assessments.
3. HR Operations:
- Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Handle employee grievances and provide HR support to managers and staff.
4. Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Monitor and improve retention strategies, aligning them with company values.
5. Administrative Support:
- Manage employee records, HR databases, and training logs.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and training summaries.
Requirements:
- ** Applicable to Singaporeans only due to quota limitations
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on learning and development and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
- Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
- Effective communication skills at all levels, with receptiveness to feedback. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
- Must be able to join within short notice.
