Role Overview

This position focuses on contributing to projects aimed at enhancing products and engineering processes. Core Duties

• Actively participate in projects designed to enhance products and refine processes.
• Conduct risk evaluations (e.g., FMEA) to define operational workflows and establish control mechanisms.
• Lead qualification and validation activities for tools and workflows related to enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within planned timelines and allocated budgets.
• Fine-tune new or updated processes to improve product standards and maximize equipment performance.
• Investigate and implement innovative techniques to enhance quality or efficiency.
• Oversee the transition of new or updated processes to production, ensuring robust controls and efficiency.
• Deliver training sessions to operators and relevant teams on operational best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Biomedical, or an equivalent qualification.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and material properties.
• Background in operational oversight and knowledge of lean production methods.
• Experience working within cleanroom environments or similar controlled settings.
• Ability to draft technical reports, business communications, and procedural documentation effectively.
