Enrolment Consultant Role Overview
As an Enrolment Consultant, you will be a key representative of our organization, providing accurate and timely information about our curriculum to prospective families and students. Your role involves building strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure a positive enrolment experience through calls, emails, and facility visits. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the monthly enrolment targets of your respective center, working closely with the Centre Manager to achieve these goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Student Recruitment: Engage in activities such as facility visits, campaigns, open houses, and information sessions to recruit new students.
- Counseling: Advise parents of current and prospective students on new subjects and assist with academic program selection.
- Information Delivery: Provide accurate and prompt curriculum information to prospective families and students.
- Lead Development: Establish new contacts and sales leads to meet sales targets.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with the company's core competencies.
- Market Analysis: Understand competition and industry trends to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support and execute student recruitment activities and future plans.
- Task Ownership: Take responsibility for assigned and ad hoc tasks and projects.
- Commission Scheme: Benefit from an attractive sales commission scheme as part of the overall remuneration.
- Training: Participate in provided product training.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Availability: Able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
- Skills: Knowledge of CRM, sales, or customer service is highly desirable. Strong consultative selling and business development skills are essential.
- Attributes: Driven, self-motivated, with excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
