Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the trainers to work out the training support requirements (type of forms, training aids and training venue arrangement)
• Set up the training venues for the training activities
• Prepare and provide training items for scenario-based role-play
• Assist in the registration process.
• Assist in post training surveys. Display of QR code for post-training surveys at training venues and address the areas for improvement as identified
• Put up signage to direct participants to the training venues
• Perform the recovery processes after training
• Keep stock of the training materials and the maintenance of the training equipment
• Track the amount of stock required for each training activity and to inform the person-in-charge to replenish any shortfall of items
• Ensure that the audio sound system, projectors and laptops are functioning properly at all training venues
• Assist in other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer to support the training team

Requirements

• Diploma in any field
• Min. 2 years relevant experience in training support
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
