Job Description
Personnel to conduct the following programme for Primary 1, 2, 3 & 4 students, with all hardware and
software provided by the school:
- Design Thinking Programme
- Scratch programming
- Scratch product creation
- Powtoons & Microsoft Photo Editor
- Powtoons & Microsoft Photo Editor montages
Develop and submit lesson plans and students’ booklets for each type of programme:
- Primary 5- (Term 1) 10 sessions covering: Design Thinking Skills
- Primary 5 - (Term 2) 10 sessions covering: Design Thinking Skills, Design Thinking Prototype Project, Development and Management
- Primary 5 - (Term 3) 10 sessions covering: Design Thinking Skills, Design Thinking Prototype Project Creation
- Primary 5 - (Term 4) 10 sessions covering: Scratch Programming
- Primary 6 - (Term 1) 10 sessions covering: Providing technical support during sessions
- Primary 6 - (Term 2) 10 sessions covering: Providing technical support during sessions
- Primary 6 - (Term 3) 10 sessions covering: Video Project Creation
- Primary 6 - (Term 4) 10 sessions covering: Graduation Montage Project Creation
- Personnel needs to develop and submit lesson plans and students’ booklets for each type of programme that he/she is covering.
General Duties:
- Personnel may be required to conduct programmes using other ICT softwares
- Personnel must Conduct lessons for different cognitive level of students’ ability while grounded on cyberwellness values, the training should be developmental and progressive, with students gaining increasing ICT competency.
- Required to support in digital media creations for teaching and learning.
- Required to provide support in digital media platforms like school website, school Facebook, school Instagram and etc.
- Digital media services for school events, like videography,photography (including editing and enhancement of videos and photos taken), content creation for publications when required.
- Videography for school events and instructional video for teaching and learning. Support include editing of video for final presentation.
Technical support for ICT and Admin Department which includes the following:
- Sound Systems
- Staff Training Attendance System and other inhouse software
- Managing of school’s multimedia storage space
- Technical support for tablets & laptops for students learning
- Any other duties assigned by the ICT Manager, Admin Manager, HOD Enriched Curriculum or ICT HOD/SH.
Requirements
- Diploma which is IT-related
- At least 5 years experience in working in a primary school environment
- At least 5 years experience as a trainer for ICT programme
- At least 5 years experience in photography and videography
Working hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

- Contract Period: From 1 January 2025 To 30 November 2025 (10 Months, Excluding June 2025)
- With option to extend (Discretion)
- This is an outsourced role
