We are seeking a English Teacher & Curriculum Developer to join our academic team. This hybrid role combines teaching and curriculum development, offering the opportunity to inspire students in the classroom while shaping the curriculum to ensure a high standard of education delivery. The ideal candidate will be teaching IELTS and General English to international students.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons, tailored to the needs of international students.
- Assess students’ progress through regular tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
- Provide individualized support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with students and their parents/guardians (if applicable) regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Design, develop, and update curriculum materials, including lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments.
- Conduct research to ensure the curriculum aligns with the latest educational trends, standards, and students’ needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching IELTS is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
