Job Description

As an Enterprise Risk Management Learning & Growth intern, you will have the opportunity to create engaging and informative training materials, including video content and applications that enhance learning outcomes and help the company build awareness and cultivate a strong Risk Management culture.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Enterprise Risk Management Team to identify learning needs and create tailored content.

· Develop, forge and maintain compelling and impactful learning materials.

· Assist in the development and enhancement of training material to boost learning outcomes.

· Remain abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance training delivery.

Qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in Multimedia Production, Education, Instructional Design or a related field.

• Proficient in video and audio editing software (e.g. Capcut, Audacity, etc).

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint and PowerBi.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training applications is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the Learning & Growth (L&G) team within the Power Generation Group, your role involves providing essential support to the L&G Manager in addressing all technical training requirements. Your responsibilities encompass designing, coordinating, and implementing training policies, procedures, and initiatives aimed at fostering skill enhancement within the workforce to support the achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the training plan for personnel following training needs analysis.
• Monitor the progress and completion of all training programs, maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and legal mandates.
• Manage all regulatory, internal, and external training initiatives.
• Ensure the currency of licenses and training for uninterrupted business operations.
• Administer, track, and process training grant claims efficiently.
• Stay updated on training methodologies, emerging trends, and industry best practices.
• Issue control numbers for Management of Change (MOC) procedures.
• Digitize and maintain plant documentation effectively.
• Uphold compliance with the organization's quality standards, safety regulations, and other relevant protocols.
• Undertake additional tasks as delegated.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for engineering.
• Ideally possess 2 years of relevant experience within the engineering domain.
• Demonstrate adeptness in interfacing with diverse stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Exhibit strong presentation, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Dedicated to meeting deadlines and fulfilling assigned duties promptly.
• Competent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
• Possession of ITE TTT or WSQ ATCA/ACLP certifications is advantageous.
• Have a safety mindset and display good workplace safety behavior.
• Be a part of the CERT team and be actively involved in emergency responses whenever called upon
