What You’ll Be Doing

• Daily Accounting: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and other statements.
• Cash Flow Management: Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow.
• Closing Processes: Assist with monthly and year-end closings with accuracy and timeliness.

Job Scope:

• Perform general accounting functions (eg. Revenue accounting, payable processing, billings and preparation of monthly management reports, etc
• Facilitate the annual financial audit field work
• Assist in generation of additional reports for annual Strategic Business Planning, Budgeting Exercise and Half-Year Review, annual tax queries
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly audit schedules, management reports and quarterly GST return
• Coordinate with various centre and departments

Job Requirements:

• Singaporeans Only
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Diploma holder with at least 5 years’ or degree with 2-3 years’ experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Value added; has the knowledge for AIMS/SMART System
