Requirements:

· Minimum 8 years' experience training Institution

. Full ACTA qualification

. Familiar with government initiatives

. Excellent interpersonal, planning & organisational skills.

. Attention to details on the deliverables and being meticulous

Responsibilities:

Learning & Development

• Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career path and consultation with function heads.
• Identify areas for improvement in the training process and implement changes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ability to develop/create individualized and group training programs/ curriculum that address specific business needs to meet organization goals and improve performance.
• Deliver timely and effective trainings based on annual training plans and review the progress regularly.
• Organize and conduct company induction program for new hires.
• Perform training administration and maintain training records, including tracking attendance, training completion and training evaluation feedback.
• Administer training grant applications and claims in timely manner.
• Keep track of mandatory training and refresher courses

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities including awards, and monthly events.
• Deliver timely and effective employee engagement activities based on calendar of events and review regularly.
• Assist in interactive internal communication to enhance employee engagement participation level.
• Other ad-hoc projects & tasks as assigned.
