This role is responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks with the LDA team and providing a customer focused service to internal and external staff/teams.
Assists LDA administrative team to manage the overall Learning and Development operation & functions, LMS system support, and data maintenance.
Inclusively, the role is required to provide seamless logistical support in all LDA initiatives/events for the purpose of building a learning culture within the organization
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure training administration, operations and logistics are well managed, prepared and set-up
- Maintain record-keeping and documentation for the department's operations, policies, guidelines and processes, in particular, learning data/ record, training information and reporting
- Assist in data processing and reporting for training evaluation and regulatory documentations.
- Provide support and guidance to various stakeholders on LMS queries and/or learning related issues/queries.
- Contribute and recommend continuous improvement ideas to systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Admin / Learning Technologies or related field
- 1+ years’ experience in learning and development operation
- Program administration and coordination experience is preferred
- Knowledge and experience in learning management system
- Knowledge in data processing and reporting
- Data processing & basic analytical skills
- Basic presentation of reporting & problem-solving skill
- Team-player
- Proficiency in computing skills including MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- HRIS or LMS knowledge preferred
