• Employ appropriate educational strategies and techniques to ensure the holistic development of each student.
• Develop and implement personalised lessons for each student, according to their age, abilities, and needs.
• Engage and work closely with parents and the school community to help every student reach their full potential.
• Carry out home visits to train caregivers and ensure that the monthly lesson plans are implemented correctly
• Provide educational and behavioural techniques/ strategies to enable caregivers to effectively carry out lesson plans at home
• Carry out regular home visits to implement monthly lesson plans as a tutor

Qualifications

• Experience working/ teaching special needs children
• Specials needs education training and experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
