The main duty for Temporary Assistant Executive, Research Operations is as a Good Receipt Officer (GRN) officer for the ARIBA P2P system for L7B account at LKCMedicine. He/She needs to handle all GRN for the 60 labs at LKCMedicine. Additionally, He/She need to manage all the research pantries in Experimental Medicine Building (EMB) ensuring ample supply of snacks and beverages for the researchers. He/She oversees the scanning and filing of the purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders and commissioning certifications in accordance to the research grants to facilitate tracking of expenditure. Furthermore, he/she need to assist with glassware washing duties at both EMB and CSB whenever he/she is available.

Responsibilities:

• Main receptionist for the research laboratories on level 4 EMB
• Perform goods receipt (GRN) for laboratories at EMB for all research consumables issue by L7B account
• Maintain and manage all the research pantries at EMB level 3 and 4
• General administration work such as data entry, photocopying, document filing, management of stationeries, etc.
• Assist in glassware washing for research labs in CSB and EMB
• Assist in research operational matters such as day-to-day managing of gas supplies and waste disposal, whenever necessary

The Senior Executive will take on the administrative tasks relating to academic research at the School of Social Sciences. Main responsibilities include supporting the functions of the Research Grant Administration and Research Programme in the Associate Chair (Research) office such as grant management, monitoring of the compliance of projects to guidelines, policies and processes throughout the lifecycle of the projects, and initiate pre-emptive actions to prevent projects falling out of compliance. • Manage a portfolio of research grants and schemes for the School of Social Sciences.
