Basic Salary: Up to $2,980 per month

Responsibilities:

· Assist with setting up and tearing down of training venues and coordinating refreshments for induction sessions and Foundation Programme trainings.

· Provide tech support to trainers during trainings

· Collating of post-training feedback from participants and include into master database

· Administering of assessments during trainings

· Assist with administrative tasks, including attendance tracking and data entry.

· Provide onsite support for volunteer training on weekends (around 4 hours during one Friday night or Sat morning in a month)

· Prepare monthly training schedules

· In addition to the above stated duties, staff shall undertake such other duties from time to time as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Social Sciences / Accounting or other relevant disciplines.

· Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving any notice period)

About the role

The Research Director will be responsible for the contribution to the overall growth of the CX service line in Singapore. Their primary purpose would be act as the account lead and advisor to a selection of clients allocated to them across various CX programmes with a focus on driving operational efficiencies, shaping the direction of the account and ensuring strategic insights deliver value to our clients.

What you will do

CX Service Line Strategy

• Execute the global Service Line CX strategy with the CX lead.
• Help drive acquisition of new business / additional industry verticals into business unit.
• Responsible for new business development and retention of existing programmes.
• Contribute to and drive overall turnover growth for CX Singapore.
• Create / co-create powerful proposals and pitches for our clients, always innovating and surprising them with what we can do.
• Achieve set AOT & GM targets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.

Thought Leadership

• Build strong relationships across our business and with clients and inspire with thought leadership and innovation to deliver excellence in everything we do.
• Support and coach CX teams in driving execution, implementation and strategy driven work for our clients that incorporate CX solutions and services.
• Works with global CX teams and markets to bring best practice and thinking on similar clients and programmes to their business unit / allocated strategic clients.

Business Management

• Co-create and activate client specific account plans to meet target revenue objectives and include value added appropriate CX solutions in existing and new proposals / programmes.
• Interact with clients to promote Ipsos brand, value proposition and sell CX services and solutions.
• Develop skills and coach team to provide expertise in CX solutions.
• Contributes to the overall wider CX team collaboration.

People Management

• Responsible for the management of direct reports.
• Works closely with the CX lead to plan capacity for core research execution and programme execution to ensure delivery across programmes.
• Supports the development of the team through training and mentoring (e.g. “story telling”, insights and solutions).

Execution and Delivery Management

• Contributes and oversees the execution of projects within business unit.
• Analysis and strategic reporting involvement: produce written and visual reports that incorporate storytelling to ensure business / research objectives are met for our clients.
• Elevation of strategic reporting and advanced analytics.
• Facilitating workshops and strategy sessions.

Who you are

• At least 10 years of strong Market Research Experience (including CX experience)
• Business development (strong sales and negotiation skills) and developing strong client relationships

About the role

The Senior Research Manager (SRM) is the primary contact for the clients allocated to his / her portfolio. The Senior Research Manager is responsible for all aspects of project delivery, project team management, handling relevant client communications and general queries, and bringing in subject matter experts where appropriate.

What you will do

Client Services

• Responsible for overall client relationship for dedicated accounts allocated to him / her.
• Demonstrates in depth understanding of client’s product, service and strategy and their competitive market to build and grow Ipsos credibility and business with client.
• Works closely with the Research Director and Head of CX to ensure retention and growth across his / her accounts and overall CX.

Business Management

• Demonstrates extensive knowledge or Ipsos-Insights products and services, including competitive marketplace offerings, to identify and propose potential opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Works with the Research Director and Head of CX to prepare proposals that deliver key thinking on business challenges.
• Ensures all projects are delivered on time, within budget and billing is up to date.
• Supports the Research Director to develop skills and coach junior team members to provide expertise in CX solutions and methodologies.
• Contributes to the overall wider CX team collaboration and culture.

Execution and Delivery Management

• Responsible for the overall research design of their client projects. Including all elements from setup i.e. sample design, questionnaire design through to delivery of results.
• Oversee the supporting teams to ensure flawless execution of all market research projects from design to delivery
• Responsible for the analysis, insights and recommendations on research projects.
• Presents compelling insights through storytelling to client in a way that evokes confidence and expertise to deliver actionable insights for client business impact.

People Management

• Responsible for the management of direct reports.
• Develops, manages and mentors staff to build client understanding across all disciplines to work process vs. just project orientation, strategic insight and presentation skills.
• Work in partnership with the team and ensure that everyone understand what is expected of them in contributing to the goals of the organization.

· Comfortable working with PwDs and their families.

· Proficient in SPSS, R or Python

· Experience in conducting literature reviews.

· Experience in processing and managing datasets

· Proficient in any statistical data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R, Python)

· Prior experience in designing, conducting or managing surveys would be an advantage
