Responsibilities:

• You will provide administrative and logistics support related to the delivery of training programmes, as well as work related to the set up and migration of training data into a new Training and Learning management system.

• Support with the organisation of workgroup meetings

• Assist in managing the tender process for selecting the Training/Learning Management System (TLMS) vendor

• Coordination between the consultancy team, vendor, internal and external stakeholders in ensuring the timely delivery of deliverables and addressing any issues that arise

• Verify, track training program registrations, maintain accurate records of participant attendance and completion status.

• Generate reports and summaries related to training program registrations and attendance and post training evaluations.

• Work closely with the appointed external training provider to coordinate training sessions, required room set-up and any other additional assistance required for training sessions. Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree qualification in a relevant field is required

• Previous experience in policy operations, supporting the setup of training system, data management, or administrative roles is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and meticulous in work

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan engaging and well-paced lessons taking account of the diverse learner profiles of students
• Deliver lessons using evidence-based pedagogy and meaningful activities to meet the educational needs of individual students
• Implement appropriate modes of assessment to monitor student progress by providing accurate feedback, and implement suitable instructional supports to close gaps
• Build a strong relationship with students by demonstrating care, concern and encouragement
• Formulate data-based, student-centered IEP and ITP process for all students, and support their attainment of IEP and ITP goals through appropriate strategies implemented in partnerships with families, caregivers, Allied Professionals and other relevant stakeholders
• Design and implement positive, robust classroom routines and practices to create and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment as well as foster student development and well-being
• Implement techniques and behaviour plans to manage students with complex and challenging behaviours
• Manage emergency situations to resolve any immediate safety concerns and implement required school processes
• Proactively engage in professional development for knowledge and skills development
• Participate in professional learning teams to foster collaborative learning between staff members
• Assist in CCA to enhance students' learning experiences
• Participate as a committee member to support various school initiatives and/or events
• Maintain direct communications with external stakeholders (e.g. families, caregivers, community partners and commercial partners) to support students and/or school initiatives

Besides education delivered by its own faculty, SCH aims to contribute to the community by sharing skills and knowledge with colleagues in the ILTC sector, operationalised through the SCH Office of Learning (SCHOOL). The Assistant / Manager will set up and oversee planning & coordination of the operational, manpower and administrative matters of the Education Office. He/ She is expected to identify educational and training development opportunities within the Intermediate and Long Term Care (ILTC) sector - including reviewing landscape analysis of the ILTC education resources, needs, stakeholders and opportunities. He/ She will ensure the SCH Education Office plays a pivotal role within SingHealth (SingHealth Residency, Group Education, the Academic Medicine Education Institute (AM.EI), Regional Health Systems) and the community.

He/ She will also drive partnership development and administrative support in collaborations with local/ overseas institutions (e.g. developing MOUs, collaborative and clinical placement agreements, funding support, etc) – including Ministries and government agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning, and other ILTC partners on ILTC training matters. He/ She is also expected to lead in key educational initiatives such as curriculum development, conference programme development, and organisation and faculty development activities.
