Roles & Responsibilities
- Report to Operation Manager
- Responsible for Profit n Loss of 1 outlet
- Involve with outlet sales and marketing action plan
- Plan members of staff (Full / Part Time) roster (weekly and monthly)
- Hire/Train new members of staff
- Ensure all new product launch are aligned with proper and sufficient training on the ground
- Account for all outlet disciplinary and personnel performance
- Inventory management at outlet location to ensure sufficient raw material supplies
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year experience at any bubble tea outlet
- Able to commit to 930am - 11pm daily working hour (2 day off per week)
- Able to work on weekends/public holidays
- Hand-on leadership
- Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
- Able to work without supervision
