Responsibilities
End-to-end Programme Management which includes:
- Project manage the setup for programme/curriculum management and tracking of completion
- Own and lead the execution of class scheduling and trainer allocation, communications to learners on upcoming calendar of programmes and enrolment instructions
Class Management - maximise cost efficiencies and effectiveness for BU/SU learning costs
- Monitor class enrolment and handle ad-hoc queries from learnerscommunicate class enrolment status toBLPs / external vendors for appropriate action[leveraging on Chat Bot for Tier 1 queries, Tier 2 – Training Admin and Tier 3 – Programme Managers]
- Liaising with external / internal trainers on class related matters including change of trainers and swaps
Data Analytics and Reporting
- Drive delivery and completion of learning projects through Learning Roadmap (LRM), upskilling/reskilling completion report and dashboard
- Manage system enhancements - support QV learning dashboard enhancements with relevant data points from LHUB with inputs from BLP
Vendor/Contract Management and Government Training Subsidies (includes financial management)
- Adhere to DBS GPS guidelines on onboarding of new vendors and/or management of related contracts plus CMP process
- Work with GPS to manage NDA & MSA’s T&C deviation.
- Existing Vendor – monitor contract renewal and execute new SOW as part of action planning from annual learning needs analysis. New Vendor – Vendor Onboarding, NDA, MSA and SOW
- IBF submissions for new applications for new programme accreditation/funding and renewal applications for existing programmes
Special Projects – Critical Initiatives / Stretch Opportunities
- Change management projects involving learning or L&D related to bankwide or BU/SUinitiatives
- Standards/Process Harmonisation e.g. Course Category, including clean up of courses incorrectly classified , standardisation of Course Evaluation Form
Requirements
- Experience in managing projects or programs with multiple deliverables and multi-year timelines - (preferably with Project Management/Agile skills)
- Good track record of inter-personal and relationship building skills, able to initiate a conversation and provide customer centric approach to assist stakeholder
- Interested and passionate in developing learning solution, solve problems and improving current processes
- Committed to learn fast, adaptable and passionate to deliver quality work as a team
- Good working attitude with strong work ethics and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Excel (e.g. pivot table, vlookup, macros) and Power Point
- Ability to represent quantitative information in a visual form that facilitates effective decision making
- Proficient verbal and writing skills
- MS SharePoint for posting learning courses details and Tableau visualization skills (optional)
