This role is responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks with the LDA team and providing a customer focused service to internal and external staff/teams.

Assists LDA administrative team to manage the overall Learning and Development operation & functions, LMS system support, and data maintenance.

Inclusively, the role is required to provide seamless logistical support in all LDA initiatives/events for the purpose of building a learning culture within the organization

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure training administration, operations and logistics are well managed, prepared and set-up
• Maintain record-keeping and documentation for the department's operations, policies, guidelines and processes, in particular, learning data/ record, training information and reporting
• Assist in data processing and reporting for training evaluation and regulatory documentations.
• Provide support and guidance to various stakeholders on LMS queries and/or learning related issues/queries.
• Contribute and recommend continuous improvement ideas to systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Admin / Learning Technologies or related field
• 1+ years’ experience in learning and development operation
• Program administration and coordination experience is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in learning management system
• Knowledge in data processing and reporting
• Data processing & basic analytical skills
• Basic presentation of reporting & problem-solving skill
• Team-player
• Proficiency in computing skills including MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• HRIS or LMS knowledge preferred

This role with be a 9 Months Contract Role based in Singapore

Working Location will be West side.

Under Inclusion and Empowerment (I&E) department you will, help to run a program for Team Empowerment Program:

• Multiple cohorts of around 40 people each time will be invited to a journey of multiple months starting with a 2 days boot camp followed by multiple touch points.
• Bring a coherent posture, tools and methodologies across all managers with their teams
• Invite to a posture shift by practicing it, intensively and follow-up
• To help to accelerate the rollout we are looking for one position that could help to ease all the aspects for the program from logistic, documentation, execution and follow-up.
• Facilitator of the current curated 2 days boot camp and the follow-up session
• Trainer
• Co-designer for the follow-up and exchange with the I&E Head of Department to adapt
• Content creator for new modules
• Review & standardize the current modules to be shared with French Entities.
• Logistic & preparation for the multiple cohorts

Qualifications and Profile

• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in facilitation / Teaching and stakeholder management is required for this position.
