Job Description:
1. Provide administrative support for the planning, development and management of clinical education programmes and activities in Woodlands Health, including but not limited to: a. Pre-Employment Clinical Training;
b. Post-Graduate Clinical Education;
c. Continuing Professional Development.
2. Manage the collection, maintenance and upkeep of training data and other essential documents, including training materials, schedules, evaluations and reports, in preparation for audits by internal and external stakeholders.
3. Working closely with administrative and clinical leads in planning, implementation and evaluation of faculty development initiatives and activities.
4. Support the development of policies for clinical education and training in as necessary.
5. Administrative and secretariat support for clinical education and training related matters.
(B) General (40%)
1. Coordinate and support projects under the department’s responsibility and undertake its work with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Work hand-in-hand with P&OD team to contribute to cross-cutting projects or organisation wide projects.
3. Perform any other duties as assigned by Clinical Director (Clinical Education & Training) and supervisors.,
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resources / Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant L&D experience, preferably in healthcare/public sector
