3. You can work over weekends once every month and able to work in weekday evenings around once/twice per month (We love the moon and the stars) and you will be compensated with off-in-lieu.

As a Retail Learning & Development (L&D) Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the design, delivery, and management of learning programs and initiatives that drive the development of skills and knowledge within the retail team. You will work closely with retail management to identify learning needs and implement training solutions to enhance performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction

• Learning Needs Analysis: Collaborate with retail managers and HR to assess the learning needs of retail staff at different levels and recommend appropriate training solutions.
