You will be part of the data science research team reporting to the Project Lead. Your responsibilities include managing research projects, facilitating all required documentation and financial records for project activities, and tracking progress to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met. You will conduct interim project reviews and measure project performance. Additionally, you will assist the Project Lead in managing, guiding, supervising and reviewing the performance of the project team members.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Bioinformatics, Biomedical Science, Health Science, Computer Science/Engineering or its equivalent with advance proficiency in Project Management. PMP certification is preferred.

· At least 3-5 years’ relevant work experience in data science/ analytics/ research and healthcare. Prior work experience in implementing national-level programme and cardiovascular medicine setting would be an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data management, with experience in relational databases in healthcare settings.

· Proficiency in risk management and performance measurement tools

· Strong interpersonal skills. Past experience in supervising junior staff would be an advantage.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts in simple layman’s terms.

We are looking for a hands-on Strategic Training and Development Manager to join our team to manage and support employee growth and development in the Foundation. The idea candidate will have experience in fast-paced, dynamic environment and can help scale/ manage the transformation in the area of Training and Organization Development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programmes.
• Work with HOD to indentify gaps in skills and competencies across the Foundation.
• Provide expertise in planning and executing Training Programmes within the Foundation.
• Collaborate with other HR team members and external partners on HR projects and initiatives.
• Review existing training program offerings; suggest enhancements to improve user learning engagement and knowledge acquisition.
• Source and recommend appropriate programs to meet the changing needs of the Foundation.
• Monitor the utilization of training budget, leverage on available training grants and funding that is available for the Foundation to drive engagement and appropriate spending.
• Review and update in-house HRIS on all Training programmes and executing e-learning programmes.

· Providing valuable intellectual contributions and strategic insights for the overall programme and its projects.

· Engaging and managing key stakeholders, both internal and external, across hospitals, research institutions, and industry partners.

· Overseeing administrative tasks such as facilitating meetings, managing agreements, generating reports, and budgeting to ensure the smooth operation of the programme
