Job Scope:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and in-person events
• Understand the individual needs, goals, and learning styles of potential customers to recommend suitable courses
• Deliver persuasive presentations to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of the courses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Track sales performance and providing regular reports to management
• Any other duties assigned by the management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Prefably with sales experience

• Key account planning, development and management
• Act as main link resource to client.
• Develop and maintain close relationships and communication with decision makers of client / CRM
• Advise senior management of client status, problems, and opportunities
• Quality control of all deliverables to the client
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage research services projects
• Develop the proposal and prepare budget/cost
• Questionnaire, interview/discussion guide design
• Analyze and evaluate results
• Develop a conclusion and solid recommendation
• Present and report on work from the proposal to the analysis stage
• Control costs/budgeting
• Ensure company processes and compliance are followed
• Responsible for the morale, productivity, and efficiency of team
• Any other tasks assigned by the Commercial Director
