Founded in 2001 in Singapore, East Asia Institute of Management (EAIM) is a 4-year Edutrust Private Education Institution offering a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. We are looking for highly motivated and result-driven individuals to be part of the student recruitment team to take the Institute to a higher level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish new contacts and sales leads to achieve sales target

• Ensure to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly quota

• Drive number (student enrolment number) and activities (i.e. campaigns <offline/online>, open houses, information sessions, campus visits etc)

• Understand competition and trends in the education sector to develop sales strategies and initiatives

• Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets that are aligned with core competencies of the institution

• Ensure compliance of SSG regulations and strict adherence to the Institute’s rules and processes

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree with at least 1 years' relevant experience preferably in the education industry

• Good and proven track record in sales management is essential

• Highly motivated, hardworking and able to work independently to achieve targets

• Good personality, resourceful and results-driven

• Possess good assessment and experiences of education market is a plus

· Be the subject matter expert on all menu items and be able to upsell and cross-sell

· Perform all basic station procedures including service, kitchen, and cashiering

· Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties

· Strictly adhere to the Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards of the assigned workstations

· Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or Management

• Basic Salary: $2,500 and above

• Drive Sales Goals: Identify and reach out to potential buyers, guiding them through our defined selling process with engaging product demos and presentations.

Qualification and Skills

• Min O’ levels
• Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers

Core Responsibilities

1. Implement effective marketing strategies to achieve sales closing outcomes in compliance with regulations
2. Manage and meet corporate and public sales targets from the institute's courses and training programmes
3. Manage marketing agents and their sales targets
4. Update and present pitches/collaterals to attract prospective clients and retain existing ones
5. Work with operations team and stakeholders to achieve effective strategies
6. Monitor current market trend to evaluate the efficacy of marketing efforts and innovate to improve brand marketing and exposure
7. Prepare bi-monthly sales reports
