Roles & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for analysing wastewater samples using various analytical lab methods
· Perform lab equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration
· Develop methods for wastewater treatment according to customer’s requirements
· Develop test plans, drive testing execution, analyze, document results, and report to respective PIC.
· Lead and guide technician(s) priority, workload, technical understanding
· Learn critical market drivers/needs and understand product applications
· Manage projects or sub-projects including timelines and budgets and work in an interdisciplinary team
· Consolidate and analyse data for process quality control and reporting purposes, ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
· Facilitate laboratory equipment, accessories, and consumable purchase and inventory management
· Developing and maintaining an effective laboratory workforce by constantly improving work methods
Qualifications/Experiences required:
· Degree in Chemistry, environmental, chemical engineering-related engineering fields.
· Able to communicate with various levels of people.
· Pleasant personality; mature, independent, and resourceful.
· Analytical with good writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Self-motivated, team-oriented, and flexible individual must possess the initiative and ability to take on numerous challenging tasks, and new projects, and meet high standards and deadlines.
