5. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and track the progress of students in NCLEX, OET, and IELTS training programs. Provide feedback to students on their performance and suggest improvement strategies.
6. Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with trends in nursing qualifications, overseas employment requirements, and changes in exam formats to provide accurate and relevant guidance to students.
7. Relationship Building: Build strong, lasting relationships with students, creating a positive and supportive learning environment. Maintain communication with alumni to gather feedback and testimonials.
8. Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, or information sessions to educate prospective students about the training programs, exam requirements, and the opportunities available for nurses working abroad.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Education, Nursing, or a related field is preferred. A background in nursing or healthcare is a significant advantage.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in educational consulting, training, or counseling. Experience with NCLEX, OET, or IELTS exam preparation is highly desirable.
3. Knowledge of International Nursing Standards: Familiarity with the requirements for nurses to work overseas, particularly in countries like the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, is an asset.
4. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear, concise manner.
5. Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to assess students' needs, identify gaps in their preparation, and recommend effective solutions.
6. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple students and tasks simultaneously.

The Education Consultant undertakes responsibilities in the Program Management & Student Recruitment Team. The Education Consultant serves as the point of contact between the institution and prospective students. The incumbent identifies and educates prospective students on the institution’s program offerings and supports prospective students by providing information and assistance with closing.
