Tea Barista / Management Trainee
>> Tea barista is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the outlet. This includes opening the shop, maintaining cleanliness, preparing and serving tea, and providing excellent customer service.
>> Management Trainee will be involved in various aspects of managing the outlet, including staffing, inventory management, and potentially overseeing multiple locations as they gain experience.
** FULL TIME & PART TIME AVAILABLE **
Working Location: Orchard
Working Days: 5 - 6 days a week
Working Timing: 11am -10pm
Starting Salary: S$2,000 - S$3,300

Responsibilities:
· Open and prepare the shop for daily operations.
· Ensure all areas of the shop are clean and well-maintained.
· Prepare ingredients and tea according to our recipes and standards.
· Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive experience.
· Manage inventory levels and signal low stock items.
· Comply with health and safety regulations.
Management Trainee will be involved in various aspects of managing the outlet, including staffing, inventory management, and potentially overseeing multiple locations as they gain experience.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with recruitment, training, and management of staff.
· Oversee daily staff scheduling and operations.
· Manage stock levels and coordinate ordering supplies.
· Learn and apply management skills to improve outlet performance.
· Help in strategizing for expansion and efficiency improvements.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
