Contract duration: 12 months

Job Description:

• Support in developing consumer educational materials such as factsheets, patient education aids, and other resources to support the organisation’s work
• Assist in creating graphics/posts in different formats to increase reach and impact of the consumer educational resources, or promote participation for topic suggestions and patient engagement workshops
• Develop a flipbook of impact stories from written drafts provided by the team and liaise with featured patient experts for the required media consent and release forms
• Support the development and dissemination of the organisation’s updates
• Convert patient surveys forms from Word documents to FormSG and collate responses from patient organisations and tracking of contributions
• Transcribe handwritten patient responses into Excel documents for analysis and tracking
• Assist with sending mass emails to patient organisations through mailbox
• Convert the products from PDF to mobile-friendly HTML formats for hosting on external stakeholders’ website
• Provide administrative support, including meeting/workshop logistics, procurement, and other related duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Minimum Degree in any related discipline.
• Ability to use different social media platforms and creative design tools such as Canva and Adobe would be advantageous.
