Salary: $2390 - $2800 per month
Working Hour: Mondays to Thursdays – 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (including 30 min lunch break); Fridays – 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (including 30 min lunch break)

Job Description:
To provide operational coordination, administrative support and project management to the various Departments.
The Personnel’s duties and responsibilities include:

1. To work mainly in Food and Consumer Education environment in areas of food preparation and assist in receiving food deliveries.
2. To assist Teachers in administering tests, oral and written examination
3. Scan/ print/ staple documents and generate reports
4. Chaperone students on outside-of-school activities
5. Assist in outreach efforts and events such as Open House & Road Shows
6. Assist in and other secondary duties as assigned such as updating data entries, stock taking and booking venues
7. To help out in any ad-hoc duties or school/ level/ dept committees as assigned by the School such as the following:
8. School Emergency Committee e.g First Aid Post Team (FAPT)
9. Staff Welfare Committee Representative

Requirements

• Minimum a Trade Cert (e.g. ITE/ NTC) and above
• One year experience working in Secondary School would be an advantage (as a Teacher Aide)
