Learning Designer
Are you passionate about producing experiential learning experiences which make the acquisition of knowledge and skill more efficient, effective, and appealing?
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop pedagogically-sound content of high quality standards
- Demonstrate customer-centric, technological abilities and instructional design (i.e. Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE) capabilities to achieve the learning outcomes
- Creating storyboard, designing and developing assessments to gauge degree of learning
- Working collaboratively in a team for seamless delivery of your end-product
- Communicate with clients and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on a regular basis. (This does not intimidate you, and in fact, you get a kick out of it!)
- Conduct user training and review, and evaluate effectiveness of the course
- Enjoy challenging yourself to learn new ideas, concepts and topics. Continuous learning is preferably your motto in life!
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in related field. (Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design or Training Related Specialisation.)
- Good command of the English language
- Strong organisation skills
- Experience in authoring tools is preferred
- Power user of Microsoft Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Meticulous and has a good sense of detail
- Effective communication and a good team-player
- Self-driven and motivated to fulfil tasks within given deadline
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
