Key Reponsibilities:
Planning
1. Support school-initiated projects, providing updates to the HOD/ICT, and prepare relevant documentation and guidelines related to the projects.
2. Assist the school in implementing ICT programs, ensuring strict adherence to MOE policies and guidelines.
3. Aid the HOD/ICT and ICT Manager in managing ICT inventory and assets.
4. Oversee and coordinate tasks with other ICT Support Personnel within the school, including Desktop Engineers (DEs) and vendors.
5. Contribute to the planning of structured ICT training programs for all staff and students.
6. Help establish monitoring processes for all ICT-related programs or activities.
Administrative
a. Assist in designing, maintaining, and updating the school website.
b. Design posters and other school-related materials.
c. Handle the school's photography and videography needs, including pre- and post-production work; proficiency in AI-related tasks is advantageous.
d. Compile and archive students' ICT projects for showcase purposes.
e. Conduct online surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of ICT courses and resources.
f. Assist the e-Supervisor with the physical setup for e-Oral and e-Listening Comprehension examinations.
g. Provide Audio Visual (AV) support for school events and daily activities.
Support in Teaching and Learning
1. Assist the HOD/ICT and teachers in integrating ICT tools into teaching and learning.
2. Work with the HOD/ICT and ICT Manager to foster an e-learning culture, expanding ICT use in education.
3. Assist in the implementation of e-learning activities.
Management of Resources
1. Assist the HOD/ICT in collaboration with the ICT Manager in managing the school's ICT resources, including the replacement and decommissioning of equipment, as well as overseeing the loaning process.
2. Support the HOD/ICT and ICT Manager in optimizing the use of Learning Management System (LMS) tools and resources.
Training
1. Plan and conduct baseline ICT training for students.
2. Organize training sessions to familiarize students with ICT tools and e-learning platforms.
3. Assist the ICT Manager in conducting training for teachers on the use of ICT and AV equipment.
4. Review all training programs for both students and teachers and suggest necessary improvements.
5. Plan, support, and conduct ICT-related activities during CCA training as required by the Authority.
6. Train and prepare students for ICT-related competitions.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma, preferably in multimedia, design, computer studies or information technology related.
Min. 1 Year of relevant experience, preferably in school environment.
