The Lead Quality Engineer will:

a) Cultivate a continual improvement culture and “design for quality” mindset within the project team.

b) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project processes comply with project specifications and Company requirements during the FEED and Execution Phases of the project.

c) Assist the Project Quality Manager in implementing the Project Quality Plan, which is developed by the Standards and Compliance section of the Project Management Office.

d) Assist the Project Quality Manager to ensure that the Project Execution Plan is duly followed by the Project Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Focus:Develop and review Quality documents ensuring alignment to Company and Project requirements during FEED and Execution Phases.Assist the Project Quality Manager to implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and other quality deliverables as per Company requirements.Conduct and participate in project audits according to the audit program, monitoring the resolution of findings and corresponding corrective actions.Review, comment and approve Subcontractor / Supplier documents based on Company and Project requirementsAssist in setup and coordination of Classification Society (CS) and Regulatory Compliance (RC) management framework together with CS and RC coordinators;Involve in Quality Walks during site quality surveillance when requiredAssist to manage the project lessons learned and initiate improvements and ensure experience transfer.
• Collaborative Coordination: Engage with different departments, suppliers, and subcontractors as necessary to integrate quality requirements into project specifications.Assist to attend Technical Bid Clarification Meetings (BCMs) and review/response Technical Bid Clarifications during Feed PhaseAssist in planning, promoting, organizing, and conducting QAQC training activities for the project team and subcontractors.Assist to attend Pre-Inspection Meetings with Supplier Quality Engineers/Vendor Inspection Coordinators and Package Manager/Engineer on critical equipment and packages.
• Analytical Skills and Problem Solving:Monitor quality trends and prepare and present reports to the Project Quality Manager and relevant teams as needed.Collect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to measure/monitor quality performance level against project KPIsInvolve in investigation and addressing customer complaints regarding quality.Coordinate and monitor the root cause analysis of non-conformities, correction and corrective actions, and site observations.

Job Requirements:

• Experience : Min. 10 years of QAQC experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role.Min of 2 FPSO/FSO Projects Completion.
• Skills : Proven track record with strong coordination skills.Excellent planning and organizing skills.Excellent communicatorExcellent collaborator with cross-functional teamsIn-depth knowledge of quality management system (ISO 9002, API Q1/Q2)

· Group Lead, Engineering & Design Systems, is responsible for overseeing the team of AVEVA Application Engineers and AVEVA E3D Administrators.

· This role involves managing the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of AVEVA applications and ensuring the effective use of these systems in engineering and design activities.

· The Group Lead will provide strategic direction, support team development, and ensure alignment with organizational goals to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.

Key Accountabilities

· Team Leadership and Management : Oversee the team of AVEVA Application Engineers and AVEVA E3D Administrators, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

· Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic plans for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of AVEVA applications, aligning with organizational goals and project requirements

· System Configuration and Optimization : Ensure the effective configuration, maintenance, and optimization of AVEVA applications, including E&I, P&ID, ERM, NET, and E3D, to support engineering and design activities.

· Project Support and Coordination : Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to support their activities using AVEVA applications, ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively

· Resource Management : Oversee the allocation and management of resources within the Engineering & Design Systems team, ensuring optimal utilization and development of talent.

Role Purpose

• The Data Management Engineer is responsible for managing the handover of project information and documentation to clients, ensuring compliance with agreed procedures.
• This role involves coordinating with various project teams and stakeholders to ensure data quality and adherence to information management requirements.
• The engineer will work closely with the Digital/IT team to set up project databases and tools, contributing to the development of enterprise-level data management systems.
• Additionally, the role includes monitoring data quality, identifying issues, and supporting stakeholders in resolving them.

Key Accountabilities

• General : Manage the Information and Data hand-over to the client of project information and documentation in accordance with the agreed procedures. Monitor all Information and Data interfaces with Client or other third parties to ensure requirements are addressed, and coordinate with adequate stakeholders if necessary.
• Coordination with stakeholders : Coordinate/Advise all the project teams (e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain, Completion & Commissioning, and subcontractors) to ensure information and data requirements are understood and complied with.
• Coordinate with Engineers or each discipline members to ensure the information/data quality within the schedule MODEC started to focus on complying with Information and Data Management requirements, and understanding from different departments/stakeholders are crucial, so we need someone who can really involve departments and work closely to build not only protocols but also an organizational understanding and culture towards Information and Data Management Coordinate with Digital/IT team to ensure that the
• Project DB and Tools are properly setup as per project requirement - Enterprise Data Platform/Data Management Program and Information and Data Management related tools are under development from scratch in MODEC, hence great collaborator to provide necessary input/feedback to Digital/IT team is required (need wholistic and long-term view to contribute to the enterprise level architecture, rather than solely standing on the project requirements view).

A Mechanical Technician is responsible for ensuring allotted mechanical maintenance and repair work is carried out safely, efficiently and according to procedure and that his supervisor is made aware of all activities, especially where safety is an issue.

A Mechanical Technician is authorised to maintain and repair vessel mechanical equipment and systems.

Subcontractors, Visitors, Vendor Representatives Instrumentation probationer techs.

Typical Responsibilities & Standards

Dismantle Repair and Reassemble Mechanical Equipment.

Identify potential sources of hazard prior to dismantling.

Use correct procedures and correct method of dismantling.

Carry out the correct isolation and disconnection procedure.

Identified, checked and prepared components.

Apply appropriate tests and test equipment to ensure reassembly is correct and effective.

Use of Condition Monitoring on Mechanical Equipment.

Adjust instruments to meet the operating specification.

Make adjustments with minimum disruption to any ongoing activities and minimum waste of resources.

Monitor and record what has been carried out in work history or log.

Diagnose faults in Mechanical Equipment.

Respond promptly to problems in line with approved procedures.

Select appropriate tests and diagnostic procedures and apply them methodically. Carry out Visual, Close and Detailed inspections on Mechanical equipment.

Use the results of inspections to determine the appropriate actions to take.

Record an accurate and full description in the appropriate document history.

Monitor and Maintain Pollution Control Measures.

Unplanned discharges to the environment are identified, halted where possible, and reported according to policy, procedure and regulation.

Relevant PPE is used to deal with unplanned discharges using company procedures.

Equipment, waste or other materials for disposal are dealt with according to the correct procedure.

Environmental protection and pollution control are enforced effectively with colleagues, subordinates and subcontractors.
