Job Responsibilities

• Performing concept and detailed design of electrical systems including transmission and power projects
• Take responsibility for the assigned design components, including the necessary follow-up for approval from relevant authorities and clients.
• Assist in liaising and coordinating with Local Authority Departments to secure approval for design projects.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents for design projects under the guidance of senior engineers/managers.
• Work under guidance and supervision of a senior level team member.

• Undertake design for road and drainage, including long section and cross section of permanent and temporary stages
• Study and propose utility diversion for permanent and temporary stages
• Assist in developing the specifications and tender documents, cost estimates, calling tenders and tender evaluation.

1. Good co-ordination skills and good technical knowledge of M&E systems/ equipment, including security systems
2. To carry out regular site supervision and inspection of the works/materials including any off-site production as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that mechanical and electrical works, including security systems, are constructed to required quality, accuracy and workmanship

Description
