Job responsibilities:
- Familiar with the manufacturing process, equipment technology, and market trends in the semiconductor industry, combined with the company's existing equipment software and hardware advantages, develop a development roadmap for high-precision equipment products.
- Build simulation models and input-output analysis models for sub micron level high-precision equipment, lead the team to fully integrate and introduce internal and external technical resources, and continuously develop equipment products with high technical barriers and industry competitive advantages;
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop a 3-5 year external sales strategy and sales plan for high-precision equipment products, lead the team to achieve sales and profit targets, and achieve excellent customer satisfaction;
- Identify industry professionals, build and cultivate teams with sub micron level equipment research and development capabilities, manage team performance through data management, and train and motivate teams to achieve technological breakthroughs.
Job requirements:
- Master's degree or above in automation design related majors; At least 8 years of experience in equipment development (such as semiconductor equipment modules) in the semiconductor industry, with excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (To work closely with Team in HQ)
- Possess rich design theory and experience in sub micron level high-precision equipment, proficient in simulation model construction and input-output analysis model construction in the design process
- Master the technology and market resources of the semiconductor industry, be familiar with the development trends of the semiconductor equipment market, and be good at mobilizing and introducing external priority talents and technologies;
- Proficient in managing data analysis and process optimization skills, adept at outputting analysis and plan reports, and possessing excellent reporting abilities;
- Excellent teamwork and management skills, strong cross departmental communication skills, strong logical thinking, and clear thinking.
