• Lighting design and calculation.

• Earthing and Lightning Protection design and drafting of layout, section, and elevation drawings.
• Cable ladder, conduit, trunking, cable routing design. Preparation of 2D and 3D design drawings.
• Cable sizing calculation, prepare Electrical cable schedule
• Prepare material take off (MTO) for material purchase.
• Fire Alarm, CCTV, Card Access, Public Addressing system design, preparation of system schematic and Layout drawings 2D and 3D.
• Preparation of Instrument Location layout drawing
• Preparation of Junction box termination drawings, Instrument Loop diagram
• Preparation of instrument Hook up, typical installation details
• Preparation of instrument cable schedule

Design coordination with internal design disciplines such as Structure, mechanical, piping team for design interface issue

Attend 3D model review and coordination with internal discipline engineers to resolves clashes.

Attend site survey and provide design sketches such as cable routing, support installation details, etc.

Support project tender team for material take-off from client tender documents.

Attend factory inspection for E&I related material such as Fire alarm, CCTV, MCC, PLC system

Support construction site to raise material purchase request, evaluation vendor quotation, preparation of Material approval submission.

Support site testing & commissioning work such as fire alarm system, CCTV System, DCS loop check, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 3~5 Year of relevant design experiences

• Minimum hands-on experience for using design software such as AutoCAD MEP (Electrical), AutoCAD Plant 3D, Navisworks Manage, DIALux.

Job description:

Job Description:

• Develop & implement Project Quality Plan, all QA/QC inspection and testing, as required by contract specifications and by regulatory requirements;
• Lead and manage the QA/QC team in the various disciplines including but not limited to qualified welding and fabrication inspection.
• Oversee preparation of Welding Procedure Specification, Welder Qualification Record and Quality Procedures;
• Ensure compliance to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards
• Develop and implement preventive measure and corrective actions for non-conforming products include training to ensure awareness of quality procedures and specific responsibilities in the QA/QC process.
• Able to audit QA/QC activities of the staff and sub-contractors to assess conformance with the QA/QC procedures.
• Liaise and attend with consultants and subcontractors for QAQC activities
• Carry out inspections to in-progress / completed works and ensure Works are in accordance to project specification.
• Raise report of any non-conformances and carry out root cause analysis.
• Monitor corrective actions and process improvement.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the setting up, day to day management, testing and inspecting, auditing and reporting of all aspects of the QA/QC of similar major projects in the waste, oil and gas, water or petrochem industries.

Job Description

• Perform general drafting work including (but not limited to) the detailing of civil, structural, architectural, and other related drawings based on preliminary concepts or sketches.
• The ability to do drafting with only discussion with engineers (without sketch) is an advantage.
• Preparation of 2D drawings on AutoCAD for civil, structural and architectural works.
• Preparation and/or update 3D model and generate fabrication drawings and MTOs.

Job Description

• Perform process design for chemical plants, storage terminals, industrial waste facilities in basic design, FEED and detailed engineering stage.
• Responsible for developing process engineering deliverables including PFD, P&ID, calculation reports, heat and mass balance, system descriptions, line list, simulation model, utility consumption list, process control philosophy, etc in accordance with project requirement and applicable codes/standard.
• To carry out process calculations such as hydraulic calculation, surge analysis, heat transfer calculation, pressure relief and blowdown analysis, utility consumption calculation, equipment sizing, etc.
• Develop firefighting design philosophy, fire water/foam demand calculation and fire water/foam network hydraulic simulation as per local regulation and international code/standard.
• Develop design basis and UFD for utility supply system and wastewater handling system.
• To participate in design review, Process Hazard Analysis, SIL Studies, 3D Modeling review and prepare close-out reports when required.
• Work closely and co-ordinate with other engineering disciplines for preparation of process deliverables and provide process parameter input as required.
• Provide regular update to Lead Process Engineer, Process Manager and Engineering manager on process related technical and engineering issues.
