f) Capturing of variation orders for respective & different projects

i) Preparation of material submission for approval

j) Preparation of Operation & Maintenance Manual

Requirements –

· Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience, or more in construction industry in Singapore, particularly M&E services

· Experience & knowledge of M&E services and systems

· Read & interpret project specifications, drawings & Contract scope of works

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to do simple hydraulic calculation

· Ability to ready BIM drawing will be an advantageous

- Manage construction activities and progress independently.

- Manage all site staff and subcontractor schedule & performance

- Oversees the work and monitor compliance with the contract.

- Close communication with PD/PM to report on contracts, work progress status & implement safety rules.

- Attend project meeting, project team meeting, etc and updates on progress.

- Review and analyzing construction claims.

- Control materials, tools and equipment ordered and delivered.

- Check that approved /correct materials are used within specifications/certifications submitted, recorded and approved.

- Review method statements and ensure the work methods comply with contract requirements.

- Responsible for dealing with authorities, client and consultant management.

- Check all works conform to relevant authorities’ requirement.

- Handle technical and engineering problems.

- Working hours follow site schedule

Requirement –

a) Minimum 5 years of experience, or more in construction industry in Singapore , particularly M&E services

b) Experience & knowledge of M&E services and systems

c) Able to read & interprete project specifications / drawings

d) Knowledge / understanding of building code of practices in Singapore

a. To prepare M&E shopdrawing using Autocad.

b. Able to read Architectueral, Structural, ID and M&E Trade drawings.

c. Conversant in BIM

d. To prepare BIM drawings & co-ordination with other trades.

e. To assist to pick BQ for tender.

Requirements –

a) Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience, or more in construction industry in Singapore , particularly M&E services

e) Knowledge / understanding of building code of practices in Singapore
