Responsiblities :

1) To manage and coordinate site steel structural Work.

2) Oversee operation on a day to day basis.

3) Ensure the works are done in safety, on time and within budget.

4) Mediate on site conflicts.

5) willingness to work a flexible schedules.

Qualifications :

1) Degree in Structural Engineering.

2) 3-5 years experience in a construction environment.

3) Budget Management experience require.

4) Valid class 3 Singapore driving licence.

Responsibilities :

1) Review & update of project specifications, technical clarifications and

construction drawings

2) Plan and supervise architectural work progress at site

3) Liaise closing with the subcontractors on the progress of work

4) Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters

5) Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are

complied with.

Requirement :

1) Diploma or Degree in Architecture

2) 3 years of site coordination in Architectural experience

3) Good Communication and interpersonal Skills

4) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) 5) Valid class 3 Singapore driving licence
