Candidate can expect the working culture with open communication and team work dynamics.
The Job:
- Daily Service Operations: Manage cross-connects, remote hand support, and service reporting while ensuring efficient issue tracking and resolution.
- Customer Project Support: Oversee co-location delivery, vendor installations, cabinet placement, and customer site visits for seamless project execution.
- Fault Resolution: Provide effective second-line support and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution of data center faults.
- Leadership & Process Improvement: Lead outsourced operations teams, optimize workflows, and enhance service delivery to improve turnaround times and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate management reports on data center performance and operations.
The Talent:
- Diploma/Degree in engineering/facility/operation or technical discipline
- 3-5 years professional working experience in Data Center Service Operation & Facility Management
- Only Singaporeans.
