We are seeking skilled Mechanical Fitters to join our team in delivering high-quality services for Power Plant and Oil & Gas projects. The role involves the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and Singapore MOM safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation & Assembly:

- Assemble, install, and align mechanical components such as pumps, turbines, heat exchangers, piping systems, and structural supports.

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals to ensure precise work execution.

2. Maintenance & Repairs:

- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.

- Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs, including replacing worn- out or damaged components.

3. Inspection & Testing:

- Perform equipment inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.

- Conduct functional tests and pressure tests to validate equipment integrity.

4. Safety &Compliance:

- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and MOM regulations, including the proper use of PPE.

- Participate in toolbox meetings, hazard assessments, and emergency drills.

5. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate logs and reports of maintenance, repair activities, and inspection findings.

- Provide feedback on equipment performance to supervisors and technical teams.

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing mechanical projects in Power Plant and Oil & Gas industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Supervision:

- Plan, supervise, and coordinate mechanical work activities to ensure smooth execution.

- Manage and lead a team of mechanical fitters, technicians, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.

2. Installation & Maintenance:

- Oversee the installation, alignment, and maintenance of mechanical equipment, including pumps, valves, compressors, and piping systems.

- Review and verify technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy during execution.

3. Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and MOM regulations on-site.

- Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and risk assessments for all team members.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements.

- Address and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.

5. Team Management:

- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.

- Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements or additional training as needed.

6. Reporting & Documentation:

- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, manpower records, and inspection checklists.

- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.

Skills:

· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and tools.

· Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues efficiently.

·Familiarity with industry codes and standards, such as ASME, API, and ISO.
