- Understand functional and non-functional requirements of software product, design quality assurance and testing strategies for various different products;

- Contribute to the planning and construction of a product system architecture, assess risks, resolve the design’s testability and address the system stability;

- Innovate testing tools, testing technologies, testing platform, testing lifecycle of product R&D, improve the testing efficiency;

- Involved in testing system setup, technology team planning, construction of testing technology platform;

- Lead and design technology solution and architecture for system integration test, and push solution deployment and implementation;

- Responsible for the system integration test in product deployment phase of the development lifecycle, ensure product go-live with high quality;

- Research new technologies and new methods in testing domain, apply and promote them, improve industry influence

Requirement

- Have more than 3 years QA and QC experience in internet and traditional industries, went through large scale software development lifecycle, have rich experience in software development

- Thorough knowledge of QA theory and methodology

- Have systematic mindset and experience in software quality assurance, able to prototype and deploy software quality control strategy for a complex system;

- Strong analysis and design skills, capable to develop testing framework and integrate solutions; have experience with RESTful API test, performance test, automation test, security test, black box and white box testing;

Have experience with programming languages, coding experience and code review, GIT or SVN.

- Strong logical thinking, willing to explore; taking the ownership, great team player;

- Effectively communicate issues with stakeholders and propose solutions

- Maintain subject matter expertise for the systems under test and use that expertise to create, maintain and extend the test case library

- Candidate with strong interest or project experience in internet financial service and technology is preferred.

What you’ll be doing

Implement blockchain solutions in Ant International's global fund scenarios

Connect banking systems to enhance fund circulation efficiency and facilitate cross-border, cross-institutional fund allocation, enabling real-time availability for international funds

Develop smart contracts for blockchain digital assets

Analyze and compare similar solutions in the industry to generate blockchain solutions suitable for business scenarios, promoting the implementation of business requirements on the blockchain

Construct off-chain bridging systems and develop SDKs and server interfaces to facilitate convenient integration of banks into the network

Maintain and facilitate daily operations of the blockchain network

Possess strong learning capabilities, continuously stay updated on and understand the latest advancements and development directions in blockchain technology

Apply industry scenarios to implement solutions within the international fund business

What we want from you

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or related fields

Solid programming skills in Java programming language is a must

Solidity programming language skills is a nice to have

Experience in blockchain smart contract development and extensive experience in smart contract audit

Knowledge of mainstream blockchain networks such as Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger Besu is a nice to have

Familiarity with Spring, with backend service development capabilities

Familiarity in off-chain bridging system development

Understanding of blockchain privacy protection such as homomorphic encryption and zero-knowledge proofs is a nice to have

Understanding of Hyperledger Besu is a nice to have

We are looking for an experienced PETs engineer to join Ant's International Business Group. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in privacy-enhancing technologies and the capability to deploy these technologies to address real-world challenges.

Responsibilities

• Research, optimization and implementation of privacy-enhancing technologies, including but not limited to MPC, PSI, ZKP, FL, DP, HE and PKC.
• Apply privacy-enhancing technologies to practical scenarios and working on challenges encountered during implementation.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers and product managers to design, develop, and deploy PETs products and services.
• Explore and conduct preliminary research on new scenarios with privacy-enhancing technologies

Requirement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in PETs or related areas like network security, information security.
• Strong understanding of at least one of the domains: public-key cryptography, secure multi-party computation, homomorphic encryption, differential privacy, zero-knowledge proofs, federated learning or private set intersection.
• Strong programming skill in at least one of these programming languages: C++, Python, or Rust.
• Possessing strong learning and communication abilities, a responsible attitude, and a passion for technology. Capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced setting and adapting quickly to evolving technological demands.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain an innovative federated learning framework
• Develop protocols and communication mechanisms for secure data aggregation and model updates from distributed devices
• Research and implement state-of-the-art Federated Learning algorithms, ensuring that they are suitable for various machine learning tasks and maintain data privacy
• Optimize algorithms for performance, convergence speed, and resource utilization, while considering the challenges posed by decentralized data sources
• Implement data preprocessing, model initialization, and aggregation mechanisms that ensure effective training across a heterogeneous set of devices
• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies to verify the reliability, robustness, and accuracy of the Federated Learning framework
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and usage guides
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including machine learning researchers, software developers, and product managers to align on project goals and requirements

Requirements:

• Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• PhD is a nice to have
• Possess 5+ years of experience in federated learning or distributed machine learning
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Familiar with software configuration management tools such as Git or GitLab.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment
• Strong understanding of federated learning principles and algorithms
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
