Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications):
- A minimum of 8+ years proven experience in the implementation of technological changes, gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
- Experience working with wealth and private banking clients in APAC and engaged in major transformation projects with hands-on experience at Implementing Technical integrations in some of the following areas: Order and Execution Management, Portfolio management, Credit Operations.
- delivering Migration and Implementation projects with at least one of the following Wealth Management Solution: Avaloq, Triple A & Transact Temenos, EdgeLab/Evooq.
- A proven Track Record at implementing complex solutions.
- Ability to show initiative when dealing with clients, form strong relationships with new clients, and maintain existing relationships
- Superb interpersonal skills, with ability to lead.
- The ability to proffer good mentorship and coaching skills towards other team members
- First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Business language fluency in English
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
