. Determining the time constraints to complete the job
. Identifying the raw material and the manpower required
. Supervising along with the contractor the construction site
. Managing daily activities on the site
. Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications
. Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints
. Working in collaboration with Engineers , Architects, Contractors and other team members
. Providing recommendations on improving efficiency and reducing costs
. Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the projects
. Maintaning the documentation of the construction projects
. Filling documents to the local jurisdiction as and when required
. Presenting the reports to the Project Leaders and Executives
. Adhering to all the environmental and safety standards
