IT SYSTEM ENGINEER (IN-HOUSE SUPPORT: ROTATING SHIFTS)
MORE INFORMATION:
- Company: Government related organization [End-User/ In-house Support]
- Working Location: Central CBD Area (Nearest MRT: Novena)
- Working Arrangements: 3 – 4 rotating working Days/week (Rotating: 8.30 AM – 8.30 PM/ 8.30 AM – 8.30 AM)

RESPONSIBILITIES (LEVEL 1 – LEVEL 2):
- Daily operation (management, maintenance, troubleshooting & replacement) of IT Systems, Operating Systems, Infrastructure, Server, Network, Storage, SAN, Network, Telephony Systems (PABX, Voice Servers, Gateways, Phones, etc.), Software & Hardware, etc.
- Working closely with vendors
- Conducting Reviews/ Audits and Reporting (i.e.: Documentations)
- Other relevant duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required to have Diploma (or higher) in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Have at least 2 years of relevant working experiences with System Engineering [i.e.: Daily Management & Maintenance of IT System]
- Comfortable & able to commit to rotating working days & 12-Hour shifts
