Designer - Mechanical (BIM)

Responsibilities

• Possess knowledge on building services such as air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, water supply, sanitation, gas supply, fire protection, and other mechanical installations will be advantages.
• Prepare detailed mechanical tender & authority submission drawings.
• Preparation and (e)Submission of amendment plans drawings to authorities.
• Assist on BIM execution plan.
• Creation of 3D model content/model using specified design tools.
• Integrating various engineering design software with BIM modelling software.
• Proficient in generative design using BIM or other engineering software.
• Work Coordination with teams of other disciplinary as well as mentor junior staff.
• Any assigned ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Competent in REVIT or BIM.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Only Singaporeans.

Mechanical Designer
