Job Responsibilties

• Provide after-sales product and technical support - engaging with customers, clarification meetings, supporting 3rd party events.
• Design BMS system architecture, HVAC control system and optimization program tailored to each upgrading project requirement.
• Analyse existing BMS operation and HVAC performance to propose system renewal and control system improvement.
• Support project management team on existing building upgrades including testing and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot Yamatake and Azbil product problems for existing maintenance at job site.
• Track and analyse recurring faults or issues in BMS and other monitoring systems to identify patterns.
• Use trend date to provide insights on system vulnerabilities and potential areas for improvement.
• Perform various engineering calculation, equipment sizing and selection and procurement of equipment ensuring it meets safety standards and performance requirements.
• Supports the Sales on technical aspect to formulate Business Development plan for Building Automation Solutions in Singapore.
• Liaise with various departments in Headquarter in Japanese language to report the latest trends and requirements of Singapore Market
• Identifies industry trends, collects and assesses competitive and market intelligence.
• Regularly contact with Japanese and non- Japanese customers to exchange information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in BMS and Automation industry
• Well versed in specification and selection of Yamatake and Azbil building automation system and product, not limited to system and controller but including field devices like sensors, control valves
• Strong communication presentation skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Japanese Language both verbal and written is a must
