Requirements:

- Degree in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent

- Experience working with Linux, Windows operating systems and open-source software and communities

The EAI Platform Administrator will be responsible for supporting the migration, upgrade, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) platforms, including file transfer and API gateway services. This role encompasses both non-production and production environments hosted on AWS. The administrator will also ensure compliance with IT standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Migration and Upgrade: Assist in the migration of existing EAI platforms to AWS and manage upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
• Configuration and Administration: Configure EAI platforms to meet organizational needs and administer these systems effectively.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to EAI platforms promptly to minimize downtime.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all EAI platform operations adhere to IT compliance requirements, including IM8 or equivalent ICT policies.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and compliance measures.

Specific Requirements

• Middleware Knowledge: Good knowledge of application integration middleware and technologies is preferred.
• AWS Experience: Proven experience in AWS services setup and administration or equivalent is required.
• Policy Familiarity: Familiarity with IM8 or equivalent ICT policies is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
