Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Building Solution Development Engineer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge building materials and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, a keen interest in materials science, and a passion for driving innovation. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs, promote new solutions, and assist in product commercialization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and Development: Lead the research and development of new building materials, focusing on improving performance, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Solution Development: Design, prototype, and test new materials and solutions for use in construction projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Market Research: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitive products.
• Product Launch and Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team with product launches, technical presentations, and promotional materials. Help drive customer engagement and promote the benefits of new solutions.
• Customer Collaboration: Interact with clients to gather feedback and tailor product solutions to their needs, providing technical expertise and support during sales processes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside production, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure product feasibility and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in research, development, and testing of building materials (minimum of 3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction materials, their properties, and performance characteristics.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and customer-facing activities.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in technical software (e.g., CAD, FEA, material testing tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
