Roles and Responsibility:

The suitable candidate will join a team of engineers and operations specialists enterprise privileged access management infrastructure and operations. He/She will be responsible for the end to end design, deployment and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the automation and integration of privileged access management infrastructure to other systems to achieve straight through processing and reduce manual work.
• Responsible for the day to day support, monitoring, upgrades, patching, configuration and management of privileged access infrastructure.
• Provide on-going operations support including management reporting and operations dashboards relating to the governance oversight of privileged accounts and passwords.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be 'hands-on', well organised, risk and compliance focused, and self-driven as this is a fast-paced and highly technical environment.

The role requires excellent prioritisation, responsiveness, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Requires 4 or more years of related technical experience in Cyberark, including deployment, configuration, management, and support of all Cyberark infrastructure components. This includes regional support and integration of Cyberark via APIs. Cyberark certifications are preferred.
• Able to write Powershell scripts and SQL statements to develop management reports on the usage and operations management of privileged accounts.
• Experience with Tableau data visualization tool for dashboarding, Angular JS for web development.
• Strong understanding of enterprise privileged access management, risk management, compliance, governance and control.
• Strong understanding of key platform OS/databases e.g. Windows, Unix, MSSQL, MariaDB. Prior experience in administering such key platforms is preferred.
• Experience in working in banking environment is preferred.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (or similar) OR combination of relevant professional experience and education, such as Cyberark certifications.

You will be part of the technical specialists working at the client's waste management facilities including Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) - a large-scale waste management infrastructural project, and Tuas South Incineration Plant (TSIP).

Job Scope:

· You may be part of the project team to supervise IWMF construction progress.

The work scope includes:

1. To work with project consultants and key stakeholders, such as other government agencies, on the design of the various facilities in IWMF and ensure that IWMF is constructed, erected, installed in accordance with design specifications and complying with statutory requirement.
2. To participate in the testing, commissioning of mechanical, process, or electrical, instrument, control and automation equipment/systems.
3. To attend factory acceptance tests (FATs) at local and overseas factories to witness and verify quality and performance of major equipment/systems.

· You may be part of the technical team in the operation and maintenance of TSIP.

The work scope includes:

1. To lead a team of technical supervisors and specialists and coordinate maintenance work between contractors and maintenance sections to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient operations of the waste-to-energy facility.
2. To implement preventive maintenance and overhaul programs for the facility's electrical and control equipment such as turbo-generators, motors, switchgears, low tension and high tension equipment, distributed control system and field instruments.
3. To administer contracts for the operation and maintenance of mechanical, EICA or building services equipment
4. To enforce permit-to-work system and safe work culture including supervising contractors’ work for quality and safety
5. To formulate and prepare standard operating and safety procedures, equipment testing / changeover programmes
6. To perform shift work in a waste-to-energy facility, if needed
7. To work closely with the management of TSIP to implement initiatives on safety and continuous improvement to enhance the safety culture and standards within the plant, as well as drive projects to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Structural Engineering, Chemical, Environmental Engineering).

· Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Candidates with professional certification, e.g. Professional Engineer, Steam Engineer, Licenced Electrical Worker, Workplace Safety and Health Officer, will be given preference.

· Possess good technical background and strong analytical skills. Knowledge in solid waste management would be an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, and preferably in Navisworks and Primavera P6.

· Mature, independent, resourceful, and a good team player.

· Good interpersonal communication, presentation and writing skills.

· Able to perform shift work will be advantageous.

· Able to work at construction sites and travel overseas for FATs and training.

· Preferably with professional certification e.g. Licensed Electrical Worker, Boiler Attendant Certificate, Workplace Safety Health Officer.

· Good technical background and strong analytical skills. Knowledge in solid waste management would be an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, and preferably in Navisworks and Primavera P6.

· Independent, resourceful, and a good team player.
