- The role of Coordination Engineer shall encompass collaboration and chair meeting with all stakeholders
- T serve as the primary point of contact for HQ, clients, vendors, and project teams.
- To facilitate regular communication and meetings to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
- To Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- To assist in collaborate with relevant teams to resolve technical or logistical challenges, if possible.
- To foster collaboration among HQ, stakeholders, PTO, LTA, and subcontractors.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in project management/ Electronic & Electrical, with 5 years of relevant experience, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering with 10 years related field of experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with track record of managing project.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with all various stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
- Risk assessment and mitigation.
- Attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Customer relationship management.
