Job Responsibilities:

1. The role of Coordination Engineer shall encompass collaboration and chair meeting with all stakeholders
2. T serve as the primary point of contact for HQ, clients, vendors, and project teams.
3. To facilitate regular communication and meetings to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
4. To Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
5. To assist in collaborate with relevant teams to resolve technical or logistical challenges, if possible.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in project management/ Electronic & Electrical, with 5 years of relevant experience, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering with 10 years related field of experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with track record of managing project.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with all various stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the control of after-sales service agreements with service providers.
2. Localize and manage service providers' business policies such as network permission, marketing activity, parts and accessories assessment policies, set and control pricing policies.
3. Implement and assess policies related to after-sales customer complaint handling.
4. Handle complaints and follow up with external platforms.
5. Coordinate customer complaint information.
6. Handle translation and printing of after-sales related materials.

Recruitment Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor's in automotive related or project management fields.
2. Experience in automotive after-sales, including customer complaints and business-related tasks.
3. Strong execution ability, service awareness, and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and other office software.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Produce and manage technical documents, including writing technical cases, monthly technical reports, updating PDI technical files, and managing inventory vehicle technical documents.
2. Manage market technical operations, including managing and improving service provider technical managers, internal training management, regular assessment management, technical capability evaluation and improvement, market survey analysis, localization promotion, and the implementation of company technical management regulations.
3. Provide claims support, including promoting technical determination of fault responsibility and pre-review of claim forms.
4. Follow up on technical projects, including managing and supporting technical projects and promoting market-oriented projects.
5. Manage quality, including collecting and organizing market issues and following up on difficult problems with relevant departments at headquarters.

• At least 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or and after-sales technical management.
• Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
• Preferable with class 3 driving licece.
