Responsibilities:
- Be a technical specialist in developing EMS manufacturing solution of Box Build and System Level Assembly capability and capacity to meet customer deliverables.
- Participate in RFQ phase to provide manufacturing quote, to meet customer product specifications and cost expectation.
- Understand customer requirement and develop manufacturing plan of NPI project to meet customer deliverables.
- Execute NPI activities includes project plan (Gantt Chart), process setup, layout & validation and develop the documentation (Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, WI).
- Coordinate and work with Manufacturing Technical Staffs for the First Article run & qualification.
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably 3-5 years in Cable Hardness & System Level Assembly and Testing EMS working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Proficient in BOM, 3D CAD and Schematic diagram.
- Experience in FMEA, SPC, DOE and 8D reports.
- Good analytical skill and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders
- Able to travel occasionally for site support
